Scrum Master - IT Manufacturing Team

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our IT Manufacturing team. This role will focus on enabling Agile adoption and driving Scrum Framework to enhance team performance and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Agile mindset, preferably with manufacturing experience, and be skilled at coaching teams on Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles to foster continuous improvement
Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals
Identify and remove impediments to team progress
Track and report on Agile metrics to support transparency and decision-making
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) to manage workflows, documentation, reports, and backlog management
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Proven ability to teach and implement Agile and Scrum frameworks effectively
Experience in manufacturing or related industries preferred
Proficiency with Atlassian tool stack, especially Jira and Confluence
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus
