Global Compensation Manager – Job Family Architecture
You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the global job structure in partnership with Regional Total Rewards leaders and provide primary compensation guidance for Operations and Talent Acquisition.

Your responsibilities include delivering expert‑level advice on total compensation packages, supporting talent attraction and retention, designing and measuring the Sales Incentive Program, and contributing to the strategic direction of incentive compensation programs in collaboration with the executive compensation team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Oversee the data integrity and system administration of the job family architecture globally.

Facilitate training and calibration sessions to enhance understanding of the job family architecture.

Provide leadership for the manufacturing job structure, including base salary step increases.

Partner with the talent administration team on job openings to ensure market‑competitive compensation offers.

Conduct analyses on compensation data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Maintain compliance with EEO, ADA, and other industry regulations while promoting ethical compensation practices.

Actively engage in continuous improvement of compensation processes, incorporating market best practices.

Participate in industry events and trainings to stay current on market trends and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).

Minimum of 7+ years in compensation or related experience; global manufacturing experience preferred.

Expertise in North American compensation practices and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation data analysis tools such as SAP and Salary.com.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive approach to managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to remain focused and productive while sitting for extended periods and using standard office equipment.

Willingness to travel occasionally (10‑20%) for business purposes.
