**Direct Support Associate**, where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives. We are currently hiring for both our **Day Program** and our **Residential Homes**, offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule. **Day Program Role (30 hours/week)** As a **Day Program Direct Support Associate**, you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‐building activities such as: Vocational tasks Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand**Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time)** As a **Residential Direct Support Associate**, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Direct Support Professional (DSP) **Qualifications:** Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required**Compensation:****Grow with us!**

Advance your career through our **paid DSP Career Progression Pathway** and earn **up to an additional $1.50/hour** by completing all three levels.
