Location: Union Gap, WA
Pay: Up to $30 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | MUST be able to work night shift!

Must-Have Requirements
Recent CNC Experience:
3+ years’ operating CNC machinery within the last 3 years (mills and/or lathes required)
Technical Ability:
Proficient with CNC operations, program offsets, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints and mechanical drawings
Work History:
Demonstrated reliability and strong job tenure in previous roles
What You’ll Do
Operate CNC mills, lathes, water jets, and/or 5‑axis router systems
Perform basic program edits (offsets, tool height adjustments, etc.)
Confirm that scanned programs match prints and specifications
Use precision measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.) to verify tolerances
Diagnose and resolve machining or setup issues during production
Record accurate production data and maintain all required documentation
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety‑compliant
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years’ operating CNC machinery within the last 3 years (mills and/or lathes required)
Strong mechanical aptitude
Competent math and basic computer skills
Clear verbal and written communication
Ability to pass standard pre‑employment screens
