The Residential Supervisor works under the direction of the Associate Residential Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home. This position provides leadership and supervision to direct care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services in accordance with all state and federal regulations. The Residential Supervisor collaborates with clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote independence, safety, and community integration.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license required
Must pass a background check
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Responsibilities
Provide supervision, guidance, and training to direct care staff
Provide and oversee quality client care and individualized support services
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
Complete accurate documentation and reporting in a timely mannerSupport and encourage community integration for all clients
