Assistant Program Manager at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Rutland, MA.

Compensation starts at $22.79 per hour, with additional compensation up to $26.98 per hour based on education and experience. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is included.

Responsibilities

Passionate about working with and helping youth.

Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Collaborate with the Program Manager/Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.

Assist with the planning and implementation of programming for individuals.

Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.

Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Driver's license required.

High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree preferred.

At least one year of experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including autism spectrum disorders – required.

One year of relevant supervisory experience – preferred.

Must be willing to obtain MAP Certification within 90 days of hire.

Schedule
Sunday 7am‑11pm; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 1pm‑11pm. New hire orientation: 2 weeks, Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm, Rutland, MA.
