Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services are designed to provide rapid, intensive, in‑home support in the critical days/weeks following a crisis. Services include intensive, one‑on‑one in‑home support, crisis and safety planning, family support and coaching, behavior management, and coordinating with community supports. Responsibilities
The Clinical Program Manager (Supervisor) oversees the clinical, operational, and fiscal needs of Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services. The Clinical Program Manager oversees all therapeutic programming, ensuring clinical services meet the needs of individuals served and reflect company best practices. This position participates in treatment planning, reviews, team meetings, and supports individualized, trauma‑informed interventions. The Clinical Program Manager ensures treatment fidelity across all specialized programs (e.g., DBT, CSEC, PBIS) and coordinates multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatry and child–family teams to support integrated care. Other job duties include on‑call support and providing appropriate clinical coverage at all times, while delivering high‑quality treatment, support services, clinical best practices, and following state regulations and Devereux's Philosophy of Care. The Clinical Program Manager promotes a safe, therapeutic environment, maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies, referral sources, and families.
Compensation
Salary Range: $83,000 – $91,300
Schedule
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; on‑call hours and evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule required (schedules are subject to change)
Travel
Must be able to travel within Devereux‑Arizona (Maricopa/Pima Counties) utilizing your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work
Associate or Independent license through AZBBHE (required); Independent license with current approved Clinical supervisor through AZBBHE preferred
Five (5) years related experience working with adolescents and two‑year supervisory experience
Leadership skills to lead a diverse group and problem‑solve effectively
Utilization of routine office equipment (copier, computer, printer, fax, etc.); routine light lifting of 10 lb. or less
Must be able to travel within Devereux‑Arizona (including travel throughout Maricopa/Pima Counties); includes overnight stays when necessary
Other
Attend full‑time new hire orientation Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑5:00 pm (paid)
Must be at least 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
Valid Arizona Driver’s License & pass DMV 36‑month history check
Drug test within 24 hrs of offer with negative results
