Program Manager
Job Summary
The Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day‑to‑day clinical and business operations of assigned site/program(s). The Program Manager’s primary role is to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. The Program Manager will ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for their target population/demographic. The Program Manager is responsible for building a cohesive team that works collaboratively with internal teams as well as community stakeholders to provide quality care. The Program Manager will be responsible for tracking necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting and will submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required.

Skills/Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.

1–3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.

Experience working with specialty populations (i.e., SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.

Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Bilingual candidates preferred.

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures obtained within 90 days of hire, preferred.

Current AZ driver’s license (valid and in good standing).

Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.
