Program Manager
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job Summary
The Program Manager oversees the day‑to‑day clinical and business operations of assigned site/programs. The primary role is to lead staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing and increase income stability. The Program Manager ensures that staff provide quality support services and housing resources to all clients, guides staff in understanding program processes, and collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide quality care. The Program Manager tracks necessary client paperwork and referrals, reports and deliverables to leadership as required.
Skills & Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or higher in a behavioral health related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a behavioral health field required.
Experience working with specialty populations (SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred.
Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
