Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Program Supervisor BHT

– seasonal role, active during peak heat periods from May to October, with potential for continued employment if suitable roles become available.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the program and provide guidance, training, scheduling, and skills verification to staff.

Ensure staff adhere to agency policy and procedures and maintain data quality for the HMIS entries.

Provide direct services to members as needed and perform staffing and shadowing for quality assurance.

Represent the program and agency positively and coordinate with community partners.

Assist with program presentations and attend funder meetings when necessary.

Ensure staff complete daily staffing emails, service transactions, and case notes as indicated in the program-specific desktop procedures.

Continuously review HMIS reports and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with CBI policy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field.

Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Current Arizona driver’s license (valid and in good standing) required for Housing program staff.

Clear 39‑month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for Housing program staff.

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI clinical policies and procedures.

Fingerprint clearance card preferred.

Peer certification (if applicable).
