Direct Care Specialist
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. Job Summary
Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants in the program, monitoring each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility, and coordinating discharges.
Skills and Requirements
Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
Must have a clear 39‑month MVR record and be able to present the report at the time of interview.
Must have a Level‑one fingerprint clearance card.
Must be 21 years of age.
Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.
