Premier Client Support Specialist
to join our team at the headquarters office in Salt Lake City, Utah. Private Banking brings the various aspects of financial services into one easy‑to‑manage relationship with responsive concierge‑style professional services for high net‑worth clients.

Responsibilities
Communicate with existing and prospective customers on products and services offered to ensure needs are met.
Provide operational support to Private Banking clients with account opening, account maintenance, account deposits, funds transfers, wire transfers, loan/credit card payments, and customer service.
Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify and strategize potential sales opportunities uncovered by Operational Reviews, assist and discuss active clientele and portfolios.
Accept loan applications for underwriting and documentation and close loans.
Review and audit loan documentation against checklist for accuracy and completeness and follow up as necessary prior to boarding.
May perform cash handling and deposit functions.
May be asked to help with other duties as needed to ensure the success of the team.
Act as back‑up to other team members as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Some experience in private/executive banking, including regular client contact, or other directly related experience.
A college degree and 2 years related experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of bank products, procedures, and customer service.
Ability to assist with working loan files and new relationships.
Must be knowledgeable in lending regulations.
Familiar with common office software and applications.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and follow through on deadlines.
Motivated team player willing to work with respected leaders.
Proactive, positive attitude, confident, polished, professional, and able to inspire team members to achieve bank initiatives and drive loan growth.
A High School diploma or equivalent.
