Overview
We are supporting a global maritime organisation in hiring a Manager, Group Reporting. This role will be responsible for driving group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and performance analysis across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reports
Support consolidated financial statements under IFRS and other relevant standards
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes across group entities
Review and analyse management reports, providing insights on operational performance
Produce ad hoc financial analysis to support senior management decision‑making
Partner with stakeholders across the business to align financial performance with strategic objectives
Act as the key point of contact for group reporting matters across entities
Support statutory reporting, ESG reporting, transfer pricing, and other regulatory requirements
Key Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA) preferred
Minimum 6 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting, including managerial exposure
Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS and consolidation
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organised manner
Singapore citizen or PR.
