Job Description
Responsible for facilitating the analysis, documentation, and formulation of the organization's business processes and operational procedures along with future solution roadmap to meet strategic business needs.

Preferred:
Experience conducting requirements elicitation, documentation, and solution validation on enterprise projects
Ability to manage project activities, including scope, schedule, and budget management in a formal PMO or EPMO environment
Demonstrated work on technical/system implementations or data-focused initiatives (data platforms, analytics, reporting, system integrations, solution implementation, and/or data migrations)
Proficiency in requirements and project management documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Visio, MS Project)
Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with both business stakeholders and technical teams; executive-level status reporting experience
Familiarity with SDLC lifecycle governance, project intake, and change control processes aligned to an enterprise PMO framework
Experience in retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, or government/regulated environments
PMI Business Analysis and/or Project Management certifications preferred (e.g., PMI-PBA, PMP, CBAP).
Job Qualifications
Five years of combined experience working with business and/or information technology systems analysis as well as documentation. Experience in project management is preferred.

Bachelor's degree and three years of combined experience working with business and/or information technology systems analysis as well as documentation. Experience in project management is preferred.

Major Duties
Collaborates across the enterprise to perform business process analysis and evaluate enterprise systems functions to construct as-is and to-be workflows, charts and diagrams. Identifies and documents solution dependencies to facilitate functional as well as technical design reviews, ensuring system modifications and/or enhancements meet the business needs.
Elicits functional business requirements and tracks the identified requirements through the project life cycle, confirming all requirements are meet with the solution delivered.
Works with stakeholders and solution providers to define Use Cases and Test Scenarios. Coordinates the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing to validate system functionality.
Ensures that all standard business system analysis documentation is completed timely and with accuracy. Prepares reports to communicate status of deliverables to senior management throughout the enterprise.
Leads and direct contractors assigned to corporate programs and projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
