Information Systems Security Engineer (IAM / RACF / z/OS)

Final round will be onsite
IAM (Hitachi Identity Manager), Active Directory, RACF (z/OS), enterprise security architecture, risk & vulnerability assessment, threat mitigation, capacity planning, incident response, and security governance.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement enterprise security architectures and IAM solutions
Manage and support identity lifecycle processes using Hitachi Identity Manager (80% of role)
Perform capacity planning and ensure scalability of security infrastructure
Analyze security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks; recommend mitigation strategies
Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices
Collaborate with business and IT teams to communicate security risks and solutions
Provide support for security incidents including detection, response, and remediation
Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify potential system vulnerabilities
Monitor emerging security threats and recommend tools or enhancements
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
6+ years of experience in Information Security / IAM roles
2+ years of hands-on experience with
Hitachi Identity Manager
Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and IAM concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with
Active Directory
1+ year of experience with
RACF (z/OS security)
Experience working in large enterprise or insurance environments
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security standards
