Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Information Systems Security Engineer
to join the
Identity and Access Management (IAM) team . This role will primarily focus on identity tools, with heavy usage of
Hitachi Identity Manager
(approx. 80% of responsibilities). The ideal candidate will have strong experience with
Active Directory and RACF , along with a solid background in enterprise security practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level
information security architectures and solutions
Research and recommend new
security technologies, tools, and infrastructure
Perform
capacity planning
to ensure a scalable and highly available security environment
Evaluate and enhance processes for
threat prevention, detection, and incident response
Analyze
security risks, vulnerabilities, and business impact , and provide actionable recommendations
Communicate security risks and solutions to
business and IT stakeholders
Provide
hands-on support and guidance
for security-related issues
Proactively identify and mitigate potential
security threats and system vulnerabilities
Conduct
risk assessments and penetration analysis
to prevent breaches
Stay updated on emerging
security threats, tools, and best practices
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
6+ years
of relevant technical security experience
2+ years
of hands-on experience with
Hitachi Identity Manager
(MANDATORY)
Preferred
4+ years
of experience with
Active Directory
1+ year
of experience with
RACF
Strong understanding of
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
concepts
Experience with
security frameworks, risk management, and compliance
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in
insurance or financial services industry
Familiarity with
enterprise security tools and IAM integrations
