Position Summary
Global Information Security (GIS) protects bank information systems, confidential data, and customer information. GIS develops the Information Security strategy and program, identifies vulnerabilities, and operates a global security operations center that monitors, detects, and responds to cybersecurity incidents. Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a discipline within GIS that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times and in the right context, ensuring compliance and secure access across heterogeneous technology environments.

What you can expect in Identity & Access Management
The IAM team works within GIS and partners with all lines of business and defense partners. This role is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with senior management and key stakeholders. You will collaborate with passionate, competent people, oversee operational concerns, resolve risk items, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery.

Role Description

Administer and maintain RACF security profiles for users, groups, datasets, and general resources.

Implement, review, and update RACF rules to align with security policies and compliance requirements.

Analyze and troubleshoot RACF‑related security incidents and access issues.

Provide RACF support during mainframe upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery tests.

Provide 24/7 on‑call support for RACF‑related issues.

Develop and maintain RACF process and procedural documentation.

Work closely with internal and external audit and compliance to ensure adherence to IAM standards.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with IAM.

3+ years of experience with mainframe security administration (RACF).

Strong knowledge of the z/OS mainframe environment, TSO/ISPF, JCL, and security-related exits.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $78,200.00 – $136,300.00 annualized salary, based on experience, education, and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible. Employees may receive an annual discretionary award based on overall performance and contributions.
