Oracle Functional HCM Cloud Implementation specialist needed for a long term implementation project for a client based in New York. The role is to support the client lead, while being hands, and client facing. Coordinating with the offshore team also required. Need an expect for configuring modules to align with business goals, automating workflows, and enabling data-driven decisions . Key activities include setting up performance management, learning plans, and compensation models (base pay, bonuses) to enhance employee retention and fairness.
