Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior AEM Forms Developer
to join a state agency project in Austin, TX. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive digital forms and workflows using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AEM Forms along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Form Development:
Design, develop, and maintain adaptive, HTML5, and PDF forms with dynamic capabilities, reusable templates, and user-friendly layouts.
AEM Configuration:
Build and maintain custom AEM Forms components, templates, and OSGi workflows aligned with business requirements.
Migration Support:
Assist in migrating legacy forms from Adobe LiveCycle Designer to AEM Adaptive/HTML Forms.
Integration:
Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems and identity management solutions for seamless data flow.
Scripting & Validation:
Develop JavaScript-based form logic and validation rules.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8+ years of experience in AEM Forms development
8+ years of hands-on experience with the AEM platform
Strong expertise in AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms, Workflows, OSGi)
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with Adobe Sign integration
Strong understanding of version control systems and deployment processes
Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AEM Sites, DAM, and AEM Guides
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
Experience working in government or public sector environments
