Material Handlers

Shift: Multiple Shifts
Job Description:
As a
Material Handler , you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and count stock items, recording data manually or using a computer.
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves or storage areas.
Verify inventory by comparing physical counts with records; investigate discrepancies.
Store materials in an organized and accessible manner.
Label stock using identification tags, stamps, or marking tools.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Keep records of stock usage and report any damage or missing items.
Inspect stock items for wear or defects and report issues to supervisors.
Assist or provide direction to other warehouse workers.
Qualifications:
Must have a
clean background
and be
drug-free .
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.
Knowledge of warehouse equipment, safety procedures, and inventory management is a plus.
5-7 yrs experience
