Sr. Business Analyst
Qualifications:
Minimum Required Experience:
8+ years of experience in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and systems
8+ years of experience working with general IT SDLC processes
8+ years of experience documenting AS-IS and TO-BE workflows
8+ years of experience gathering both business and technical requirements
8+ years acting as liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders
8+ years of experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
8+ years of experience writing test cases and supporting UAT
8+ years of experience facilitating large group meetings and stakeholder sessions
Current Austin Metropolitan Area Resident
Preferred Qualifications: >
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with business process reengineering or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Experience in government or highly regulated environments
