
Warehouse: Part Time, Mon.-Thurs. 4PM - 8:30PM

Join our warehouse team and help keep our production and shipping operations running smoothly. In this role, you will handle finished product, prepare orders for shipment, and maintain an organized freezer warehouse environment. Employees also enjoy weekly factory seconds giveaways to take home and fill their freezers.
Responsibilities include manually stacking finished product from rollers onto pallets in the freezer and repeatedly lifting 35 pound cases from floor level to build pallets up to six feet high. Team members use pallet jacks and forklifts to move, shrink wrap, rotate, and store pallets of finished goods. You will also use daily picking tickets to build orders and stage them for shipping.
Additional duties include loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks, verifying piece counts, and completing paperwork for received goods and shipping orders. Some data entry using inventory management software such as Microsoft Access is required. Employees are expected to maintain general housekeeping in the freezer and warehouse to support cleanliness and organization, along with completing other tasks assigned by the warehouse manager to support department goals. This job requires working around industrial machinery and strong electromagnetic fields.
This position occasionally requires lifting up to 75 pounds from the floor when handling Chep pallets. The role also requires a full range of motion in the knees, back, and neck. Work is performed in a freezer environment that averages -20 degrees Fahrenheit.
Experience
Minimum 1 year forklift experience required.

Swing Shift, 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Every day, Monday through Thursday
Pay
$19.50/hr. starting pay
With potential for your first raise to $20.50/hr. after forklift certification.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Proficiency in basic math skills
Attention to detail is critical!
Ability to repeatedly lift 35 pound cases and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
Comfortable working in a freezer environment averaging -20 degrees Fahrenheit
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate pallet jacks and forklifts
Ability to follow written picking tickets and complete basic data entry task
