What You'll Do
Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
Manage front desk operations and patient flow
Verify insurance and collect payments
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
Handle patient requests and documentation in EMR
Support medical records and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of customer service or front desk experience
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
