Job Description
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving financial performance, ensuring excellence in service, efficiency, and team leadership through direct involvement and guidance of supervisory staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Manager in maintaining service excellence by ensuring prompt, friendly, and professional interactions with guests. Address concerns quickly and effectively to create a welcoming dining experience.

Contribute to a lively and engaging environment by motivating the team, reinforcing hospitality standards, and ensuring the ambiance reflects the brand’s culture and expectations.

Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, such as upselling, promotions, and special events, while focusing on continuous improvement in service quality and consistency.

Prepare and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage, efficiency, and labor cost control, while balancing team member availability and business demands.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages and supervises in the restaurant. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Must have at least 1 year of management and hospitality experience.

Able to follow instructions without close supervision.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
