Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) – PRN
Locations: Near Muncie, Anderson, Lapel, Alexandria, Fishers, and Noblesville
About the Role:
We’re hiring experienced and compassionate RNs and LPNs to join our medical detox and residential treatment team. You’ll play a key role in helping clients recover from addiction and mental health challenges in a safe, structured environment.
What You’ll Do:
Complete client intake assessments
Monitor vitals and withdrawal symptoms
Administer medications accurately and safely
Document all care in our EMR system (Kipu)
Communicate with doctors, therapists, and care staff
Respond to emergencies and support crisis management
Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Work 1 holiday per year (minimum)
What You Need:
Active RN or LPN license
(Indiana)
ASN or BSN from an accredited school
1+ year nursing experience (hospital or behavioral health preferred)
BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days)
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
Comfortable with physical requirements such as standing, walking, bending, and responding quickly to emergencies and working 12-hour shifts
PRN Details:
Must be available for two 12-hour shifts per month
