Production Supervisor / Manager - Fayetteville, GA (Onsite)
Our client, a data center and construction safety environment, is seeking a Production Supervisor / Manager to join their team. As a Production Supervisor / Manager, you will be part of the EHS Department supporting onsite operations, production oversight, and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range
$64.61 – $69.60/hr
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate production and operational workers onsite
Conduct daily field walks, safety observations, and follow‑ups
Monitor production performance, quality standards, and compliance
Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems
Analyze operations to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Participate in daily safety meetings (stretch and flex, coordination huddles)
Collaborate with technical and administrative teams to improve efficiency
Maintain reports, documentation, and personnel records
Qualifications
5–7 years of relevant experience in production, construction, or operations supervision
3–5 years of safety management experience
Strong knowledge of hazard identification and field safety practices
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
Background in construction or data center environments strongly preferred
Ability to work onsite in an active field environment
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
