Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers.
Improve production methods, equipment performance, quality, and efficiency.
Identify and resolve production or processing issues.
Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems.
Prepare and maintain production and personnel reports.
What’s Needed?
High school diploma or GED.
5–7 years of production, manufacturing, or operations supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control systems.
Ability to manage teams, workflows, and priorities independently.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree in Business or related field.
Experience with technical drawings, blueprints, or production documentation.
Knowledge of manufacturing tools, equipment, and maintenance processes.
Experience with production tracking or quality systems.
