About the Role
We are looking for a driven individual with no optical experience to learn on the job. As an Optician in Training, you will develop the skills necessary to assist patients with selection, fitting, and maintenance of eyewear.
Daily Responsibilities
Guide patients in selecting eyewear that fits their face, lifestyle, and vision needs.
Educate patients on lens options, eyewear care, and how to maximize their glasses.
Handle front‑desk tasks: insurance verification, scheduling, benefit authorizations.
Place and process eyewear orders and troubleshoot issues.
Perform minor repairs and adjustments to ensure comfort.
Build lasting relationships with patients.
Complete training, certifications, and development milestones.
