Job Description - Supervisor, Maintenance (18314)
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams in order to achieve the planned work and production goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Operations activities between hangars.
Coordinate Operations activities between shifts.
Perform hangar audits.
Provide technical support as required.
Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Travel may be required.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from a four‑year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
Must possess a current and active FAA A&P License.
Fluent in English (speech, reading, writing).
