Engineering Aide Entry Level/Hourly

Description
We want you to support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program by joining the Boost Controls team as a Project Engineering Aide Sr.

Responsibilities

Generate documentation, reports, flow charts, block diagrams, schedules, and schematics.

Attend daily and weekly team meetings to discuss technical, schedule, and operations issues.

Prepare weekly status chart package and report to programs/management.

Review technical documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Coordinate and facilitate technical exchange meetings, develop presentation material, and handle peer reviews.

Desired Skills and Experience

Maintain a basic understanding of STEM principles and the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material, and solve problems.

Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail to create high-quality work products.

Effective engagement, communication, and interaction with technical engineers, upper management, and program customers.

Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with internal/external partners.

Experience coordinating technical engineering meetings, setting up conference rooms, and working in a classified environment.

Strong communicator, public speaking, and presentation experience with Senior Leaders and Government Stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Tableau).

Ability to tackle detailed technical assignments requiring planning and integration skills.

Ability to work independently within a team and handle multiple priorities and internal customers.

Basic Qualifications

Associate degree in a STEM field, related work experience, and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered.

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain security clearance for this position, which requires a government security clearance (Secret).

Other Information
Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in selected states is $51,000 - $89,930. This is a general guideline; final compensation will be based on location and other factors.
