Responsibilities
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assigning, directing, inspecting and evaluating work performed by maintenance mechanics and outside contractors, ensuring timely completion of work orders, and assigning work orders to mechanics as needed. The Supervisor oversees overall maintenance of the health center, assists in correcting identified and regulatory concerns related to the building, and is required to be on‑call occasionally for emergencies or special projects.
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years comprehensive experience in facility maintenance.
Knowledge of Life Safety Codes.
