Clinic Manager - Surgical Practices - Full Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a cardiothoracic surgical practice as well as a vascular practice. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage clinic functions across multiple locations.
The main locations will be Southfield, Detroit, and Rochester, but the manager is required to oversee our Novi and Grand Blanc locations as well to ensure consistent on-site leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between physicians, clinic staff, and administrative departments
Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans in collaboration with physician leadership
Support financial performance, budgeting, and overall business goals
Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support provider schedules and patient demand
Oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll processes
Monitor budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relationships
Assess quality of patient care and coordinate services across patients, staff, physicians, and external providers
Qualifications
Proven experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or a related field
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing budgets, staffing, and business operations
Surgical practice experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
