We’re looking for **Physical Therapists** who are passionate about delivering **high-quality, patient-centered care** and making a **meaningful difference** every day.## # **Key Responsibilities*** ## Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies* ## Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population* ## Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner* ## Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education* ## In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program* ## Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated* ## Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines* ## Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care* ## Support compliance with all state and federal regulations* ## Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands* ## Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned# # **Qualifications*** ## Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice* ## Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
