We’re looking for **Occupational Therapists** who are passionate about delivering **high-quality, patient-centered care** and making a **meaningful difference** every day.**Key Responsibilities*** Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies* Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population* Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner* Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education* In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program* Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated* Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines* Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care* Support compliance with all state and federal regulations* Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands* Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned**Qualifications*** Current or eligible Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice* Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
