FLSA Status Non Exempt
We are seeking a
Full- Time
Residential Supervisor (RS)
to provide front line supervision of staff assigned to a home. You will also provide hands‑on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking and cleaning.
This position is:
Monday through Friday 3p-11p
(Working with Men)
Job Responsibilities
Attend all meetings and trainings as required
Implement the individual’s Person-Centered Plan and maintain all data necessary to measure achievement of stated goals and objectives.
Maintain all records, including but not limited to posting staff schedules, transition notes for all staff, medication/seizure/psychotropic charts, time sheets, daily logs, petty cash documentation and mileage logs.
Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
Assisting with development of meaningful and personal relationships
Implementing strategies to achieve individuals’ personal goals
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D required
