REQ0014307**We are seeking an experienced OB/MFM Sonographer to join our Maternal Fetal Medicine department in an on-call/per diem capacity.** Ideal candidate must be ARDMS registered in OB with a passion in high-risk perinatology, and have full knowledge of the indications, contraindications, and hazards associated with procedures.**Location:** Salmon Creek**Hiring range starting at $49.79** and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.**Schedule:
Varying shifts Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM****8–10 hours per week, typically 1–3 days per week****In this role you will**:* Provide diagnostic studies, treatment and support to high-risk obstetric patients by performing specific diagnostic tests as ordered by providers* Assure accuracy of test results, reports and equipment by having a thorough understanding of tests and techniques.* Have ability to perform variety of OB procedures* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Ability to interact effectively with patients and physicians in pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.**Requirements:*** Graduate of an ARDMS accredited school of ultrasound.* ARDMS registered in OB required.* Nuchal Translucency (NT) certification preferred.* 4-5 years of experience in OB sonography preferred* Experienced in high risk OB ultrasounds a bonus* Endovaginal scanning skills required.* Previous experience in an outpatient medical or Perinatology Clinic strongly preferredVancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.
