Your Role & Responsibilities
Educate clients on travel‑related diseases and vaccine‑preventable illnesses
Administer vaccines in accordance with standing orders and observe for adverse reactions
Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring patient safety
Participate in ongoing travel medicine training and company education
Promote travel health products and medications to enhance client safety
Assist with clinic setup, organization, inventory management, and compliance with safety protocols
Travel to local onsite events (e.g., corporate wellness or vaccine clinics) as needed
Location: Merrimack, New Hampshire
Compensation: Starting at $45.00/hr
Employment Type: Part‑time / 24hrs a week / Monday - Friday with Weekend rotation
Scheduling & Expectations
High client throughput with consistent daily appointment volume
Occasional periods of lower volume depending on client demand
Fast‑paced clinic setting with structured workflows and standardized processes
Variable hours based on client demand, but more predictable scheduling during peak demand periods (Feb‑Aug)
Weekend availability is required during all seasons

What You Need to Succeed
Comfortable working independently in a clinic setting
1+ year of clinical or travel medicine experience
Access to a personal computer (training systems are not compatible with phones or tablets)
First Aid/CPR certification
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
Ability to lift and transport vaccine inventory as needed
