• Python is high level requirement
• Migrating from PHP to Python - happening soon
• Any new development will be in Python
• PHP and Python will live in a parallel for a while
• All legacies in PHP / new development in Python
• All front end in React JS
Client may want to convert the developer down the road.
Must have a degree.
English as a first language. Must be able to communicate clearly etc
Trying to be the central enabler of technology. The model is no longer linear when the "take, make, waste". Today's economy is circular. A hub and spoke model
• Passionate about the people that they hire
• Great working environment
• Working remotely
• Looking after staff and people
• Integration with the team
• Minimal turnover of staff
• "people to be passionate about the people and the work"
Mac or PC - open whatever supports their productivity
Need a Full Stack developer -
React native for mobile
Expanding platform but still needs to be determined
Working on existing legacy systems in PHP -
reactJS - don't need react native but nice to have (JavaScript is OK)
All new code is Python. All legacy code is PHP.
Younger person who is dynamic and up to date in the coding world, is typically the profile. Not usually seeking folks who are sunsetting in their career.
Team composition - but moving away to using partners
• 13 Developers
• 4 offshore
