RPA Business Analyst

Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities.
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for RPA development teams.
Collaborate with RPA developers and technical teams to design and implement RPA solutions.
Assist in testing and validating RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Provide post-implementation support, including monitoring and troubleshooting RPA bots.
Conduct impact assessments for process changes and manage change requests.
Continuously evaluate and recommend best practices for RPA development and deployment.
Create and maintain process documentation and user manuals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in business analysis or process automation, ideally in an RPA environment.
Experience with UIPath or other RPA tools is preferred.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and process mapping techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
