Base Salary:
$90,000 - $105,000 annually
Discretionary Bonus:
Target of
20% , paid monthly and based on company performance

Role Summary
This position is part of the
North America Finance & Accounting organization
and serves as the
Global Finance Systems Lead
for a JD Edwards (JDE) ERP platform.
The role is responsible for leading financial system implementations, enhancements, testing, and ongoing business support within JDE. Acting as a key liaison between Finance and IT, this individual partners closely with accounting, finance leadership, IT teams, and global business stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions align with corporate standards and business objectives.
This role reports into senior North America finance leadership and works closely with global accounting and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
Global Finance Business Lead
for JDE E1 (9.x) financial system implementation, enhancements, and production support
Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Review and evaluate user and business needs; define scope, objectives, and functional specifications
Lead and contribute to system design reviews, application analysis, and solution validation with a focus on finance processes and controls
Plan and execute testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, issue remediation, and release support
Ensure project requirements and timelines are clearly defined and managed for high-quality, on-time delivery
Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements
Collaborate daily with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful implementation and support outcomes
Support cross-functional process optimization across departments and global locations
Work within a broader ecosystem of enterprise applications and finance tools (ERP, integration platforms, consolidation/reporting, AP/expense, banking, and close management systems)
Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, reports, and training materials
Support end-user training, system adoption, and change management efforts
Provide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting financial transactions and GL reconciliation issues
Support internal and external audit requests as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field required
Advanced degree or CPA is a plus
3-5+ years of experience supporting Accounting or Finance systems, ERP environments, or business application design
1-2+ years of hands-on experience with
JD Edwards ERP
(E1 9.1, 9.2, or XE) required
Experience supporting manufacturing and/or order management modules preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives end to end
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment
Comfortable collaborating across regions, functions, and time zones
English fluency required; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Preferred / Nice to Have
Knowledge of JDE E1 or OneWorld XE technical architecture or development languages
Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP transaction flows
Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or global industrial environments
