Outstanding contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Senior Redis & AI Platform Engineer in Chandler, AZ, Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX (hybrid 3 days on-site).

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on REDIS engineering and operations experience spanning DevOps, SRE, cluster management, performance tuning, RCA, debugging and diagnosing and high availability design.
• 5+ Years of Python development Strong, Handson experience with Python clients, API?and?Python libraries.
• 3+ Years of Agentic AI Development
• Packaging and Deploying Experience - Helm Charts, CI/CD, GitSaaS workflows
• Strong skills with frameworks such as?LangChain,?Google ADK/Agents, or similar multiagent orchestration tools.
• Ability to build tool calling agents that interact with REDIS
• Ability to build, extend, and maintain a Python-based automation platform (FastAPI or Flask) that executes REDIS actions.
• Experience designing agent tools/endpoints for AI-driven workflows.
• Experienced in designing, developing, leveraging and integrating MCP modules and pipelines to streamline diagnostics, and operational processes.
• Strong system design expertise in architecting scalable, resilient, and distributed platforms
• Proficient in producing clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, runbooks, and operational standards.
• 7+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 5+ years of experience performing engineering and support tasks on Linux/Unix and Windows Servers
• 3 + years of experience supporting enterprise level complex applications and platforms in Production
• 5 + years of designing and building complex observability solutions leveraging industry standard toolset and or custom-built solutions
• 5+ years working with configuration and monitoring technologies such as Ansible, Grafana, Elastic, Splunk, Prometheus.
Desired Skills
• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering
• 3+ years of financial services preferred
• Excellent knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell, Perl) and SQL skills
• Experience with various CI/CD and monitoring tools such as Splunk, JIRA, Jenkins, Ansible etc.
• Experience with OpenShift Platform.
• Excellent experiences with Incident, change Management and in ServiceNow.
• Previous experiences in a high-paced, demanding trading floor environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effective collaboration with trading desk and business partners.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience leading complex projects supporting site reliability engineering design, scaling, resilience, and system performance assessments for highly critical and regulated applications.

What You Will Be Doing
Engineer, manage, and optimize REDIS clusters for high performance, reliability, and scalability.
Develop advanced Python automation solutions, APIs, and integrations with REDIS and other enterprise systems.
Build and maintain agentic AI workflows with frameworks like LangChain and Google ADK/Agents.
Deploy services using Helm, CI/CD, and Git workflows for seamless delivery.
Design and evolve observability and monitoring solutions with tools like Ansible, Grafana, Splunk, and Prometheus.
Create and maintain robust technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
Streamline diagnostics by building and integrating MCP modules and pipelines.
Support production environments and partner with trading and business teams to ensure reliability and innovation.
