Akkodis is seeking an
ServiceNow App Engine Developer
for a
Contract
with a client in
Fremont, CA (Remote).
The ideal candidate will design and delivers secure, scalable ServiceNow applications by building custom scoped apps, integrations, and upgradesafe solutions.
Rate Range:
$50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
ServiceNow App Engine Developer Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain custom scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform using App Engine Studio and upgradesafe development practices.
Implement business logic using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Data Policies, and UI Actions.
Build and manage workflows and automations using Flow Designer and legacy workflows to streamline business processes.
Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, Spokes, and MID Server, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define and enforce development standards, reusable frameworks, security controls, and best practices to ensure platform stability and performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6-10+ years of handson experience in ServiceNow development within enterprise environments.
Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification with strong expertise in custom scoped app development, scripting, and workflow automation.
Proven experience designing secure integrations and scalable ServiceNow solutions, with the ability to collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and product owners.

Pay Details:
$50.00 to $53.00 per hour
