Position Purpose:
The CTE Paxton-Patterson Lab Teacher facilitates a dynamic, student-centered career exploration program using the Paxton-Patterson College & Career Ready Labs model. This role focuses on guiding students through hands‑on, problem‑based learning experiences across multiple career pathways, helping them discover their interests, strengths, and future possibilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lab Facilitation & Instruction : Facilitate student learning across multiple Paxton-Patterson career modules (e.g., engineering, health science, digital media, construction, etc.). Serve as a coach and mentor, guiding students through self-directed, collaborative, and hands‑on learning experiences. Support students in developing technical, academic, and employability skills through real-world simulations and problem-based tasks. Ensure fidelity to the Paxton-Patterson model, including module rotation, pacing, and student portfolio development.
