Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and machining services, is seeking a Machining Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Machining Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range
$25/hr - $45/hr
Shift
6am-3:45pm (Must be open for overtime)
What's the Job?
Provide advanced CNC maintenance services to support production goals and minimize machine downtime
Perform equipment installation, relocation, upgrades, and repairs on various CNC machinery
Self-diagnose complex machine tool issues and lead repair efforts to ensure maximum reliability
Program PLC ladder logic and troubleshoot Fanuc, Mazatrol, and other machinery
Coordinate with vendors and OEM experts to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on schedule
What's Needed?
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in machine tool maintenance or related field
Electrical and mechanical aptitude with knowledge of ball screws, gears, transmissions, and safety circuits
Experience with CNC machines such as EDM, Wire saw, laser engraving, and robot loaders
Ability to troubleshoot electrical components, program PLCs, and perform precision alignments
Strong documentation skills and ability to work safely in various environments, including dusty or clean room settings
