Pay Rate: $25.00–$27.00 per hour, 11am to 7pm shift – includes every other weekend.
We are seeking candidates with
5+ years of experience
in at least one skilled trade. If you have strong skills in
electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
— and can work independently to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs safely — we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Perform
preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
across building systems including
electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
Inspect equipment and building conditions; identify root cause issues, determine the correct repair approach, and document completed work
Complete apartment turnover repairs, punch-list items, and minor upgrades with a high standard of workmanship
Respond to service requests and emergency calls across the main building, corporate office, and rental properties; prioritize for safety and resident impact
Maintain a flexible schedule, including after-hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
Provide professional, resident-focused service; communicate clearly with residents, families, vendors, and staff
Use safe work practices and proper tools; coordinate with vendors when needed and verify work meets quality standards
Ensure adherence to applicable building codes, life-safety requirements, and regulatory standards; support inspections and corrective actions as needed
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of
5 years of hands-on maintenance
experience, preferably as a senior or lead technician in a multi-unit, commercial, or healthcare setting
Strong competency in
electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry , with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and complete work to code
A dependable, safety-first, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude
Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong prioritization, and the ability to document work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
Professional, courteous, and resident‑focused communication skills
Preferred:
HVAC certification, electrical or plumbing license, and/or other trade certifications; valid driver’s license
