Program Overview

Onboarding: Connect with your cohort, receive support, and set up for success in your first week.

Learning Series: continued learning throughout your program to build technical and professional skills.

Social Events and Networking: build your network with other participants in the program during socials and join our Inclusion Business Groups.

Support Network: mentorship from a dedicated structure of leaders and navigators (buddies) as well as the Emerging Talent and Learning & Development teams; access to Expedia Group mentoring programs.

In this role you will:

Work with business partners to identify and define product initiatives.

Craft hypotheses for new features or enhancements.

Define requirements and a backlog of work.

Collaborate with development teams through the development cycle to ensure features meet the desired business goals.

Use online tools, analyze and report on product test results.

Minimum Requirements

Must be available to start on August 17, 2026.

Must be graduating with an undergraduate or master’s degree in a technical subject between December 2025 and July 2026.

Must be willing to relocate to the city of job location if outside commuting distance.

Must commit to full‑time hours every week.

Must have no more than 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.

Preferred Experience

Helpful to have effective communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of partners (e.g., internal, external, technical, non‑technical people).

Helpful to demonstrate knowledge of basic decision frameworks using the scientific method to understand a developed model.

Helpful to have a basic understanding of setting, monitoring, and adjusting products to improve key performance indicators.

What We Offer

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $108,000 to $119,000.
