M&A Integration Lead (Hybrid) — Value Realization

Vistra is seeking a Senior Associate within Corporate Development to support integration of acquired companies and separation of divested businesses. This full-time hybrid role will require 2-5 years of experience in M&A integration or operational due diligence. You will design end-to-end integration plans, lead oversight of workstreams, and communicate with stakeholders to drive progress in complex M&A transactions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to influence geographically dispersed teams.
