Freelance Integration Manager (Contractor) – Boston – 6 Month Contract – ASAP Start
For a client in the process of an acquisition, we are looking for an Integration Project Manager to help guide this company through their transformation period. We are looking for a Senior PM with the dual ability of being hands-on and being able to govern multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will also have experience in M&As.
What will you be doing?
Act as the primary project manager for a carve‑out and separation effort following an acquisition
Run multiple parallel workstreams (infrastructure, identity, networks, end‑user computing, core business applications, integrations, data)
Be comfortable working with technical leads though some technical knowledge and skills are preferred.
Own planning, dependencies, sequencing, risks, cutover coordination, and reporting
Translate technical progress and risks into clear, concise updates for senior leadership
Pragmatic, strong project manager with 10 years of experience+
Prior experience within infrastructure and application migrations
Prior experience in M&As
Ability to combine hands on work with project coordination.
Logistics
Mainly onsite in Boston (15 mins from centre)
