Job Title: IT Project Manager – Data Integration
Location: Denver, CO (4 days onsite)
Compensation: $65-$75 hourly
Job Type: Long term contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly autonomous Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex data integration initiatives across the enterprise. This role partners closely with data, engineering, finance, and product teams to drive alignment, track dependencies, and ensure successful data exchange and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, communicates effectively with leadership, and can independently own multiple integration workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end‑to‑end data integration workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Coordinate data requests and data exchanges across internal teams and external partners
Lead cross‑functional meetings to align stakeholders, clarify requirements, and drive execution
Maintain integration trackers and deliver executive‑level status updates and PowerPoint reporting
Partner closely with technical and data teams to understand data flows, progress, and blockers
Proactively identify risks and issues, drive mitigation plans, and ensure accountability across Teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management within data, technical, or integration‑focused environments
Proven ability to independently manage complex projects with minimal oversight
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive‑level reporting
Hands‑on experience tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Solid understanding of data environments and how data flows across platforms and systems
Experience working cross‑functionally with technical, business, and operational teams
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise or platform integration initiatives
Ability to ask thoughtful technical questions and translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments with shifting priorities
Experience creating and maintaining executive‑facing dashboards, trackers, or status reporting
Strong organizational skills with a detail‑oriented, proactive approach
