active North Carolina Bar license
and hands‑on trial experience specifically handling Medical Malpractice cases. What You Will Do
Lead your own caseload in personal injury litigation from filing through verdict.
Draft and argue motions, handle depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings.
Serve as the client’s voice in court with confidence and clarity.
Work alongside dedicated paralegals and litigation support staff who help prepare every case for success.
Requirements
Active membership in the North Carolina Bar, in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically handling Medical Malpractice cases.
Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
Commitment to client service and teamwork.
